Salary Range: $48.01 - $60.02 /hour
Temporary Full-Time position until October 2, 2027, subject to the availability of work.
The successful candidate will provide dedicated project leadership to support the planning, coordination and advancement of FMT-based microbiome therapeutics under the direction of the Research Operations Manager. This position will support operational and regulatory planning, stakeholder engagement, proposal development and the coordination of activities needed to move FMT-related initiatives from concept toward implementation.
The role of Research Operations Lead (FMT Program) includes working with the scientific leadership team, institutional partners and external collaborators, to help bring together scientific, clinical, operational and commercial expertise into a coordinated FMT program. The role will establish the foundations required to support implementation while ensuring that workstreams remain aligned with program goals, governance, timelines and strategic objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area of study
- Five years of relevant experience in the health/research industry preferred
- Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines
- Experience in GMP cleanroom manufacturing preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with researchers and hospital staff
- Ability to follow processes with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership, training, and mentoring skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in a health care setting
Immunization Requirements- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
