Facilities Planning
St. Joseph's Hospital - London, ON
Temporary Full Time
Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 /hour


This is a Temporary Full-Time position expected to extend until August 30, 2025, subject to the availability of work.

Reporting to the Manager of the Facilities Planning, your role will be supporting the planning team members with a variety of tasks, including: audit surveys, estimating, scope development, drawings, project scheduling, data entry, and more. A good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Word and Excel is essential. Experience with MS Project and/or Archibus would also be an asset.

Your problem-solving abilities along with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to support in the coordination of project details and implementation with the team, St. Joseph's staff, consultants and contractors.



Essential Qualifications

  • Secondary (High) School Diploma.
  • Greater consideration will be given to those with at least 2 years of post-secondary education within your related discipline (i.e., Architectural, Engineering, and Interior Design)
  • Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
  • Familiarity with the health care setting is an asset.
Teaching and Research
  • St Joseph's Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St Joseph's, you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties.
Immunization Requirements
  • Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
  • Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
