This is a Temporary Full-Time Position expected to extend October 31, 2025, subject to availability of work.

The successful applicant will be working under the supervision of Dr. Manuel Montero-Odasso, Director of the Gait & Brain Lab, a vibrant and busy hospital-based laboratory implementing clinical studies with older adults. The Research Assistant will work within a multi-disciplinary research team at Parkwood Institute and play a critical role in the operational success and logistics of the CCNA capacity building for trainees in the area of mobility and cognition in older adults, and also assisting with other research studies from the Gait and Brain Lab, such cognitive and mobility assessments to participants.
Responsibilities will include:
1- Assisting with scheduling visits, conducting study assessments, data entry, and supporting the logistics of meetings for two ongoing research projects: one focused on a training platform and the other involving a longitudinal study with older participants.
2- Scheduling and assisting in the logistics of meetings and assessments across both projects.
3- Assisting in the organization of research meetings (virtual and/or in person) twice a year for both projects.
4- Lead the day-to-day management of databases and social media outlets, under the supervision of study Research Coordinator (RC).
