Click on the button at the top-right hand corner of the screen.

Click on the Forgot Password link.

You will be prompted to enter your username.

You will be prompted with a secret question that you entered when you created your Applicant Profile. Enter your answer.

You will then be prompted to enter a new password. Once this is complete, you can then proceed with using the Login tab to access your Applicant Profile using your new password.
